ParaSport® Ontario is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. Confidentiality Policy for Employees, Volunteers and Board Members

Respecting the privacy of our clients, donors, members, staff, volunteers and of the ParaSport® Ontario itself is a basic value of ParaSport® Ontario. Personal and financial information is confidential and should not be disclosed or discussed with anyone without permission or authorization from the Jeff Tiessen, Executive Director. Care shall also be taken to ensure that unauthorized individuals do not overhear any discussion of confidential information and that documents containing confidential information are not left in the open or inadvertently shared. Employees, volunteers and board members of ParaSport® Ontario may be exposed to information which is confidential and/or privileged and proprietary in nature. It is the policy of ParaSport® Ontario that such information must be kept confidential both during and after employment or volunteer service. Staff and volunteers, including board members, are expected to return materials containing privileged or confidential information at the time of separation from employment or expiration of service.

Unauthorized disclosure of confidential or privileged information is a serious violation of this policy and will subject the person(s) who made the unauthorized disclosure to appropriate discipline, including removal/dismissal.

AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND ParaSport® Ontario

The ParaSport® Ontario Million Minutes Web Site is comprised of various Web pages operated by ParaSport® Ontario.

ParaSport® Ontario reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

ParaSport® Ontario reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in ParaSport® Ontario’s sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. ParaSport® Ontario does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, ParaSport® Ontario specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service.
